I dropped off my Dad at the airport at 6:00 am this morning.  Way too early.  Then celebrated my Daughter’s 2nd Birthday also :) All she got was a pottie, we’re wanting to pottie train her :)

Thank goodness my Dad isn’t going to be gone as long as he was when he went to Arizona.  He’ll only be gone for 11 days!!! WOOHOO!!! I hate house sitting, I miss being at my house.  And I also like the fact I only have 1 responsibility (child)… at my Dad’s house, I have to let his dog out to go to the bathroom, lock her on the other side of the house when she needs to eat and drink, and then lock her up again when it’s night night time, then get up at 7 in the morning to let her go bathroom.  I’ll take my daughter over that.  But it’s cute when they play together.  Wish I had a digital video cam to record them playing.

I am so wiped out and tired, even with a nap today.  Gonna go watch the telly, then go to bed.

Why is it adults get pimples? I thought we were supposed to grow out of it when we were done with puberty? I did a bit of researching to find out how one can reduce and clear up acne.  If you’re curious, check out “Acne” in the navigation menu :)

I feel like a guest in my own home.  We receive food stamps and so therefore pay for my MIL’s food along with ours.  With all the money we put out during the month, and with the food stamp situation, Terry wants me to stay at my Dad’s house so often so that the food and money lasts for the whole month.  So, I feel like I live with my Dad and I’m a guest at our house.  The food stamps is supposed to be for me, Terry and Bella, NOT my MIL.  But because the agreement we made when she moved in changed, he decided to pay for her food (how much money she should be putting in every month went up since she’s lived here).  She was only supposed to pay between $250 - $300 of over $1100 - which includes rent and utilities.  When we all lived together before, but with my Father and Brother-In-Law’s, the system was: Terry and I were counted as 1, my FIL and MIL were counted as 1, and obviously, my BIL was counted as 1.  If we carried this same system, there would be 2 here, which would make her payments about $550, give or take.  And if we did it by 3 (not counting Bella as she’s too young to work or bring in money), is $360 give or take.  It should be by 2 because there’s only 2 sources of income.  Ours and hers.  Ours is combined because of Welfare, and she also gets about $200 more than we do.

The way it is is probably right, and I’m justing complaining for nothing.  If we ever find a job, then hopefully it’ll be better, but that just starts a new problem, which I know a lot of families are able to do.  I guess it just comes down to the fact she has “fun” money and we don’t.  I’m looking forward to the day when we can say “Get Out” to her… ok, not that rudely, except I would love it, but Terry will probably be the one to tell her.

My Mother-In-Law has to have her say in how Bella is raised - we don’t punish her, we let her get away with whatever she wants, etc.  It irks me to no end.  Terry says I should just ignore her, we know what we’re doing and not doing, and she is our daughter.  this is one of the many reasons I wish she didn’t live with us.
